Desperation is Inspiring

One can really squeeze blood from stones, if one is in dire need of blood transfusion. Yes, desperate times call for desperate measures, and, indeed, necessity is the mother of all inventions. Curiosity killed the cat, and the mouse played when the cat was (or passed) away. Time enjoyed wasting is not wasted time, and time is worth its ounce in gold. Anticipation kills people, but desperation, oh how it inspires!
Inspiration is fleeting. It is insecure. It is jealous. It desperately wants to be a muse, but so quick-tempered that in a split second of non-attention, it walks out and takes time to again make an appearance. An inspired being can create wonders beyond his imagination. A desperate person can do things beyond (and more often, beneath) his own self-expectations.
Life is fuller when it is full. And yet not empty when it is not filled. Words they feed, and can leave anyone so insatiably hungry.
It does not have to make sense. Not everything has to. It is not even coherent. But it feels that it needs to be desperately written.
To inspiration who left me a couple of months back because I decided to have dinner. You are missed.
